*****HOLIDAY 2006 NOTE: We will accept Returns or Exchanges of gift items past the 30 day limit if they are postmarked by January 8, 2007.***** SHIPPING Items will be shipped UPS. If there is damage to the carton and the contents, contact UPS. EXCHANGE FEE Clothing returned due to incorrect sizes being ordered, the buyer must pay for return shipping and for shipping the new garment. There is a $4.00 exchange processing fee if the items exchanged are not damaged or defective (determination of damage or defect will be at our sole discretion). Rejected returns will be sent back to you at your cost and will be charged to the original payment source for your order.
REFUNDS Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable except in the case of a manufacturer's defect. All refunds will be credited to the original payment source. If the original payment source is unavailable, we reserve the right to issue an electronic gift certificate or issue a refund check to be mailed to the billing address provided on the order. WHO PAYS FOR POSTAGE Postage for returns/exchanges are paid by you. If you are returning damaged or defective merchandise, we will pay the cost of return shipping. For all other returns/exchanges: If an item was shipped damaged or incorrectly, call 972-490-9090 and a UPS call tag will be issued, or ship the damaged item back to Global Fulfillment and shipping costs will be refunded. The cost deducted will be $7.95 for the first item and $1.00 for each additional item. If we determine at our sole discretion that the merchandise you return is not eligible for return or exchange, you authorize us to charge the return shipping charges to your original payment source. MERCHANDISE THAT EXCEEDS $100.00 IN VALUE For any returned merchandise valued in excess of $100.00, you must send the merchandise using a traceable and insured ship method. The return shipping label on the return/exchange form is not a traceable or insured method of shipping. We will be happy to issue a UPS Call Tag or Pick Up for damaged merchandise in excess of $100.00 in value at no cost to you. Please call us at 214-220-4310 to make arrangements for a UPS Pick Up or Call Tag. If you would like a UPS Call Tag or Pick Up for non-damaged merchandise you are returning, we will be happy to arrange this and deduct the cost from your refund. WHAT IF MY RETURN IS LOST IN THE MAIL? We cannot issue refunds for items not received by our returns department. We recommend that you use a traceable ship method to ensure successful delivery.
